Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

Intimate products
Gift cards
Final sale items
Custom or personalized products

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect.
